Terms of Service

By purchasing or accessing The Daily Athlete (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

The Service is sold in two tiers:

• Ebook ($9) — a digital PDF of "The Daily Athlete" delivered immediately after payment via a secure download link.
• VIP add-on ($1) — the ebook plus access to a private mental-performance masterclass video and one 1:1 coaching call booked through our scheduling link.

Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are time-limited for security. If a link expires before you've downloaded the ebook, reply to your order email and we'll send a fresh one.

Because the Service consists of instantly delivered digital goods, all sales are considered final once the download is accessed. If you experience a delivery problem (you never received the email, the file is corrupted, the masterclass won't load, etc.), contact us within 14 days at Contact@amentality.com and we will resolve it or refund your purchase.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the ebook and masterclass for your own development. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share the materials publicly. Doing so terminates your license immediately.

The Service provides mental-performance education for athletes. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please seek qualified help.

Results vary. We make no guarantee about athletic performance, playing time, selection, or any other outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's competent courts.
