The Daily Athlete ("we", "us") is a digital product offering mental-performance training for football athletes. You can reach us at Contact@amentality.com.

• Email address — required to deliver your purchase and order receipt.
• Name and billing details — collected and processed by Stripe during checkout. We do not store your full card number.
• Order metadata — what you bought, amount, currency, timestamp.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and page views used for fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.

• Deliver the ebook, masterclass, and booking link you purchased.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links, support).
• Provide customer support when you contact us.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing emails from this purchase and we do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and transactional email delivery.
• Calendly — booking the 1:1 coaching call (VIP tier only).
• YouTube — hosting the unlisted masterclass video.

Each provider processes only the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy policy.

We use a minimal set of cookies required for the checkout flow and to remember basic session state. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep order records (email, purchase details) for as long as needed to provide support and meet tax/accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Object to or restrict certain processing
